Application:
This machine is suitable for multi-color once-through continuous printing for such roll film materials with excellent printing performance as BOPP,PET,PVC,PE,aluminum foil and paper,etc.
Product Features:
1. Every control module of the automatic color register system is equipped with microprocessor and can correct the deviation of color register quickly and accurately.
2. Main motor with inverter speed control.
3. Hot air for heating instead of electricity for heating.
4. Unwinding and in-feed section with inverter speed control system and close loop tension control system.
5. Rewinding and out-feed section with inverter speed control system and close loop tension control system.
6. Closed oven and independent heating hot air blowing system,automatic constant temperature system.
7. Pneumatic impressing system and pneumatic doctor blade system.
8. Diaphragm-type pneumatic ink auto circulating system
9. Inflatable air shaft for unwinding/rewinding material loading.
10. Printing linear speed and meter counting display.
11. Shaft less printing cylinder loading device,printing cylinder is fixed by shaft-less air chuck.
